Moltka Bolotnikov is the son of Vassily and Irina, brother to Vladie and Mikka, and grandson of Lyudmila. He is the little boy seen with Vladie as he tests out his new tech buys, and he is later kidnapped and taken to the Jupiter Refinery by agents working for Balem Abrasax.
